I am a native Floridian and have resided here most of my life. My fiancé Tori and I enjoy life in
Florida. Tori is not only my partner in life, but is also in REAL ESTATE. My prior business life was a technical computer consultant where I received my vast knowledge of the Computer Technology field. Using my Computer Technology skills provides my clients with distinctive advantages.

I believe when you are an informed buyer or seller, you'll make the best decisions for the most important purchase or sale in your lifetime. That's why my goal is to keep you informed on trends in the marketplace using the latest statistics in the Tampa Bay area.

I specialize in residential real estate for all Tampa Bay areas and have a vast knowledge of the area since I am native resident to Florida.

Relocation Specialists: I have personal knowledge of the area as a resident. As a homeowner, I also find the same things that are important to families moving from out of the area, such as; schools, hospitals, religious communities, cultural events/activities, and beaches. My length of time living in the community and involvement in local social activities gives me the leverage to assist families relocating here.

For Sale By Owners: The Disadvantages financially outweigh the Advantages of using a Real Estate Professional. Allowing me to demonstrate how I will put more money in your pocket by utilizing my full-time services rather than the inexperienced attempting to do-it-yourself; not to mention, I will raise your comfort level and confidence that the task will be accomplished without hassles and protecting you during the negotiation process.

Expired Properties: I take my responsibility as serious as if I were marketing my own home. When a seller is serious about getting the most financial gain from the sale and also accomplishing the task of finding the right buyer and closing the deal I know how to accomplish it best. Many homes for various reasons set on the market for months will little or no buyer activity and eventually remain unsold when the listing agreement has expired. There can be many different reasons this happens and my abilities to see things through the eyes of a buyer and relate this valuable information to the sellers. Simple changes to how the marketing of the home is approached will absolutely make the difference of selling or expiring.
