Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me. My background is varied. I spent a large portion of my early adult life as an Antique Dealer and owner of an Art Glass Studio; dealing in many types of architecual antiques.

I learned the lost art of real, not hobby Stained Gass and Hand beveling after many years designing, building and repairing window and doors for sale. I was also involved in larger items of restoration and the selling fronts of buildings, salon back bars, front bars and lots of windows and doors being sent literally all over the country and the world.

My second career was sales. I worked in residential sales dealing with contractors, homeowners, suppliers and manufactures of different types of building products such as vinyl windows, doors, decking, fencing and siding. I represented as many as 22 states for sales and distrabution while dealing from the guy in the pick up to the Presidents and Vice Presidents of large corporations.

Experience in private labeling, mass distrabution and being able to train individuals and groups at ease has helped me in the real estate field.

Other life experiences being qualified to test for real estate appraising to value homes, raw land and commercial/industrial property and running a large building company for a while has broadened my base of knowlege so that when I am in a home or business.. I can look and see more than the average Realtor.

I decided I wanted to become a Realtor because it was something I could do with my own efforts and I could control my outcome. Funny, I went to work at the most successful company in Panama City with no Realtor experience and finished the year in the top 50 out of nearly 1400 other Realtors.

I was fortunate because I knew how to market property and how to deligate my time to be successful. I was blessed to nearly double my first year's volume in the second year in real estate.

Hard Work Is My Motto. Nothing Get's Done.... It Has To Get Done!

I started REALTY/PRO Real Estate Centers Inc because I wanted to offer not only the owners of property an alternative but, I wanted to offer Realtors a chance as well.

I believe in each of our abilities to be help by those of whom we are around. Our group of Realtors are dedicated to doing the right thing, for the right reason when it should be done.

Selected "Who's Who" for Junior and Senior Year in High School

Elected President of Future Business Leaders of America for my Sophomore, Junior and Senior Year. I Served as Local Club Parliamentarian 3 years & Regional Parliamentarian in my Junior year in high school.

7 Years: Architectural Antique Business & Victorian Era Art Glass and Beveled Glass Studio.
I have works in various Country Music Tour Buses, Restaurants, and Custom Homes across the country.

4 Years: Active Army Reserves serving as a processing NCO to train troops for basic training while attending Georgetown College part of those years.

8 Years: Professional Sales; retail (I continued my sales education by studying Bryan Tracy, Zig Zigler, Bob Diamond, and others.

5 Years: Manufacturing Sales, Middle and Upper Level Management, Helped establish Advertising and Private Labeling Programs for international distributors of building products.

Multiple years as a Framing Contractor for projects locally like: Casa Del Mar, Wild Heron and others.

Held State Roofing and Aluminum Contractor's License for several years while operating a Home Improvement Company.

3+ Years: Realtor/Broker

In Commercial Sales; I rank 9th in Commercial Sales from when I became a Realtor till 1-15-08 while Commercial Sales represent only a small portion of the overall Real Estate Sales. I plan on working on my CCIM designation for Commercial Real Estate this year.

(63 Hr. Pre-License Course, Passed State Exam first time, Post License Education, Broker 63 Hour Pre-license course, Passed State Broker Exam first time, Broker Post License Investment Courses, Broker Post License Management Course, Multiple Core Law, Short Sale, Investment Training, Title Insurance and many more day courses offered by the Bay County Board of Realtors.

I have completed the Leadership Development Program given by the Bay County Board of Realtors and opted to run for the Board of Directors for the previous 2 years. I will be assisting the President of the Bay County Board of Realtors as a Continuing Education Director for our local Board as well.

I continue to offer myself to serve my fellow man and my company. I am now working on a Florida State Mortgage Broker License. I have taken the Mortgage Brokers pre-license course and passed the Florida State Exam; scoring a B on the First Test. I'm not bragging about passing tests on the first time. It's an accomplishment. Very few Realtors have passed the variety of courses I have completed and even fewer were successful the first time. I have always worked while working towards my licenses.

Personally, I love Real Estate because it brings everything I have done together as parts to make a whole of what I truly love to do. I help people achieve what it is they are wanting to do; Buy or Sell Real Estate.
