I've been Licensed since 1986 and have done business in Florida since 1999. I came from OH & MI area where I also held real estate licenses. I made the million dollar club my first full year in business. I'm also a Licensed Auctioneer and have conducted real estate auctions in several states and regions.
I came from an entertainment background originally (music/singer-other misc. instruments) and have a true interest in people.
I have taken Flyod Wickman's Classes in the mid 80s and also am a Dale Carnegie Graduate. I attened Repperts School of Auctioneers and also Indiana University amoung many other courses regarding management, marketing and human relations skills.
This is a business I love and will do for many years. I have taught continuing education on marketing real estate to Realtors, several offices, Boards of Realtors, Attorneys and others.
I really love the SW Florida area and know this area very well. I also enjoy informing people of of many activities and benefits that come with home ownership in SW FL.
In addition, I have an extensive Commercial background for business owners and investors. I have builders that work directly with me to add to the selection process.
Follow-up is absolutely essential and I communicate well.

Extensive background in management, teaching, human relations skills such as Dale Carneigie etc. and have over 22 years experience in several states.
