Along with Marie is one full time staff person, Client Care Manager, Jean Trousdale and one part time staff person, Systems Manager, Jenean Avery. She is an active member of the Gulfcoast Latin Chamber which covers Manatee and Sarasota County.

Marie currently serves as the Women's Council of REALTORS Florida State President-Elect. It is the 12th largest women's organizations in the country. This provides a network of real estate professionals for real estate relocations and referrals.
