As a long term resident of Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida, I have truely found my "paradise". I have travelled all over the world, the U.S.A., and the State of Florida, and for me Sarasota has it all. I have a corporate background with AT&T for 28 years and 5 years of consulting with Lucent Technologies Bell Labortories, primarily in engineering management and project management. My career now is exclusively commercial and residential real estate in Sarasota. I began my real estate career with a national company, and just recently joined a local firm in downtown Sarasota, that primarily builds luxury homes. We are parterned with investors who are looking for commercial opportunities with redevelopment potential or producing a 8% plus cap rate. We are also looking for high-end waterfront properties, either tear-downs in excellent locations, or waterfront lots in a luxury neighborhood. We also seek out large tracts of commercially zoned land with potential. I have extensive knowledge of waterways, zoning, building codes, and waterfront construction. My hobby is power boats and some sailing.
