Debbie Jackson-Majko, GRI:

Debbie was born and raised in Pinellas County, Florida. She is a graduate of Northeast High School and St. Petersburg College. Debbie began her real estate career in 2002 and adds her 8 years of legal experience to her work. Debbie earned the GRI designation in 2004. She is a certified HUD foreclosure specialist, distressed property and short sale expert. She has an extensive knowledge in contract language and exceptional negotiation skills. She has testified in the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County and is considered an
expert witness in real estate.

Steve Majko:

Steve was born and raised in Seminole Florida. He graduated from Seminole High School and St. Petersburg College. Steve has 12+ years of construction experience and is a State certified residential contractor and a licensed Realtor. He has extensive knowledge in architectural design and building construction.
