Stephen Sexauer was born in Caracas, Venezuela and has been educated in Venezuela, Costa Rica and the U.S.A. He has been residing in the Tampa Bay Area since 1986. Mr. Sexauer, is a bilingual (English-Spanish) practicing Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker-Agent and Mortgage Broker. His hunger for knowledge and experience has led him to attain his Real Estate Broker license, which carries the highest rating issued by the State of Florida based upon advanced study and passing a rigorous examination process. He has obtained his B.S degree in Business Management from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida and his licensing from Bob Hogue School of Real Estate in St.Petersburg, FL. Stephen gained his initial international business experience during 5 year employment with Tech Data Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, based in Clearwater, Fl. It is during this time he became a part-time real estate investor and developed a strong interest, understanding and appreciation of property values and salability. Stephen has been involved in all facets of the real estate and mortgage industry. As a licensed Florida Real Estate and Mortgage professional, Stephen offers specialized expertise in creative financing, negotiations and marketing. Stephen's professional real estate background and bi-lingual experience in international business has enabled him to conclude many years of substantial real estate sales with satisfied clients in the US and Costa Rica.
