John Montesano

I am a real estate broker with a special passion for technology and marketing. Although most of my business is through referral of statisfied clients I love to sell real estate and I son't turn anyone away who is serious about buying or selling property. As a broker I often will refer clients to an agent I believe is better suited for them either geographically or because of an agents knowledge of a certain area. Homeward Real Estate has agents all over the Tampa bay area. I believe it's my responsibility to provide clients the best service I can, even when that means referring them to an agent who can better meet their needs.

Along with a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, I have extensive experience in customer service and sales prior to becoming a Realtor. Since becoming a licenced Realtor in 1997 I've experienced many successes in the business from consistantly selling over 20 homes a year to Broker/Managing as many as three RE/Max offices at one time and starting and growing Homeward Real Estate. I have also listed, purchased and sold short sale, pre-forcloure and forclosure property.
