I am a hands on Contractor and Real Estate Professional. I have been in the construction and related industries for over 30 years. I have done a little bit of everything, except Nuclear Physics, with welding and steel work as one of my main interests ever since 1979. When we purchase something, be it as an investment or otherwise, we want all that we pay for, and when I provide a service I give all that I expect in the same way I expect when I purchase anything. Truth in cummunication with all people is what I live by, and a fair and reasonable compensation for services rendered, whatever they may be. I enjoy talking with people and welcome all questions and or concerns to do with business or othewise.
