Stacey Lovett

Stacey began her career in real state in the summer of 2002. She attended pre-licensing courses in Maui, Hawaii and passed the Hawaii real estate state exam. She then moved to Nevada where she focused on re-sale homes. Since that time she has been fortunate to relocate back to Georgia. Stacey obtained her broker’s license in 2006 and is currently an Associate Broker with Ken Harris and Associates Realty.

Stacey has represented three local Atlanta builders in multiple communities. In addition to her work in the new home sales arena, she has participated in the re-sale market representing both buyers and sellers. She has worked with investors in the location of properties as well as served as a property manager. Due to current market conditions in Atlanta, Stacey has branched out into preparing Broker Price Opinions for the growing number of foreclosure properties.

As an on-site agent she has sold in subdivisions located in Barrow, Fulton, Gwinnett, Newton and Paulding counties. The properties Stacey has marketed have been as varied as the locations, ranging from attached single family residences priced from the low 100’s to detached four sides brick construction starting in the $220s. In addition to new home sales, Stacey has actively participated in the re-sale market. She is currently preparing to market her childhood home in the historic district of Savannah, Georgia , her home town.

Stacey was the Sales Manager for Crown Park Homes responsible for the day to day operations of six separate communities. Of these sites the first was in early development, the second was in close out and the remaining four were in the midst of sales (most had 100+ homes remaining). She managed a team of eight licensed sales associates under the supervision of the qualifying broker. In addition, she acted as a liaison between the builder and the on-site agents disseminating information as necessary.

As a provider of Broker Price Opinions, Stacey has completed both exterior and interior inspections for properties located in the heart of the City of Atlanta to rural areas extending as far as Senioa (right outside the popular towns of Peachtree City, Tyrone and Palmetto). This particular venture has truly allowed her to become familiar with the areas that comprise metropolitan Atlanta and become tuned in to the foreclosure market.

Stacey has enjoyed the diversity that she has been exposed to in her tenure and wishes to continue on a path which allows her to grow as a real estate professional. Stacey is a graduate of Georgia State University and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. In her free time, she enjoys, cooking, traveling, and the company of her family and friends. Stacey is a member of Friendship Community Church in College Park, Georgia.
