As Managing Realtor for the The Ross Group at Keller Williams, Christan makes each and every client’s goals her foremost priority. Working with Homebuyers, Sellers, Investors, Commercial Properties, Affiliate Partners, Loan Officers and Attorneys; Ms. Ross ensures that all lines of communication are open and clear.

The Clark Atlanta University alumna’s background extends from media relations with the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) to public affairs with Governor Roy Barnes, advertising sales with Infinity Broadcasting and commercial condominium conversion acquisition and financing for a local developer.

Although 60 hour+ work weeks are the norm, Ms. Ross stays involved with the community. As founder of the ‘It Can Be Done Foundation,’ spreading the importance of financial literacy amongst teens is a cause close to her heart. She volunteers her time at the Brookhaven Boys and Girls Club teaching ‘Money Matters.’ Advocating for the rights of Georgia property owners, Ms. Ross is active with the Atlanta Board of Realtors’ Governmental Affairs Committee. Faith, community and reading are also passions of Ms. Ross and she is an active member of First Baptist of Atlanta, Brookhaven Arts & Alliance and the Intown Vegetarian Book Club.

Whether it is media, marketing or real estate, Ms. Ross confirms that in her business “mediocrity is never an option and success is the standard.”

Zandra Dockery has been an integral party of the team. A graduate of Arkansas State University, Zandra, honed her customer service with years of service at Delta Airlines and as President of Brownstone Investments, a real estate investment firm that supervises the rehabilitation of homes.

Community is also close to her heart. A proud member of New Birth Baptist Church, Zandra is very involved with the entreprenuership network, EDN - teaching individuals how to employ successful entreprenuership strategies. She has also become a one woman army to help close the disparity between underserved schools. Through fundraisers, private dinners and other events, Zandra has raised money for John Hope Elementary in Atlanta.
