History
Real estate has always been a family business for me. My first job was working in an Executive Suite answering the telephone for my Mother, who owned the business, when I was 15. After college, I started working full time at the Executive Suite and worked my way up to the management and leasing part of the business. The day I signed my first lease is a day I will never forget. Our largest client at the Executive Suite was the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. We worked on behalf of the owners and developers of commercial real estate. After NAIOP and the Executive Suite, I went to work with CB Richard Ellis and worked on a team that managed and leased about 7 million square feet of office and industrial space in Atlanta. The last job I had before transitioning into residential sales was with a small developer (Galis/Kimbrough) that I had known for over 10 years through NAIOP. This is where I started learning about the residential side of the business. Mr. Galis has been in real estate forever, is someone I respect greatly and he was a wonderful mentor for me. Mr. Kimbrough is an attorney turned developer from whom I started learning more of the legal side of the business. The experience that I have gained working on leases and contracts will help protect my buyers and sellers from every angle. With the help of my extensive client service experience and knowledge of the Atlanta area as an Atlanta native, I will help make the most of your real estate investment and experience.
