I took my first real estate course in 1975. I was licensed in 1985 in Texas and have been licensed in Georgia since 1990. From 1990 to 1994 I worked as a Contract Specialist with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)/Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and was responsible for putting auction contracts in place through which was sold 300 to 500 properties (houses, land and comercial) PER WEEK for over 3 years -- equivalent to making the million dollar club DAILY for over 36 months! I was the one-on-one Trainer for real estate agents of one of the largest independently owned, non-franchise real estate companies in Georgia. Virtual Properties Realty is the FIRST real estate company in the Atlanta area to offer sellers a Virtual Reality Tour of their property and I am happy to be with a company that embraces technology as well as full service to both buyers and sellers of real estate.

I was born on February 12, 1955 -- same day as Abraham Lincoln! I have an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Legal Systems as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Development/Management. I attended Georgia Tech on a full academic scholarship. I was named to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. I am single again. I have twin daughters (Sandra and Sabrina) and a married step-daughter (Heather and Michael).

I am an Associate Broker and Recruiter for Virtual Properties Realty -- one of the largest and fastest growing privately-owned real estate companies in GA. I specialize in working with BOTH buyers and sellers in all types of real estate transactions including residential, land and commercial. I am a full time real estate Broker listing and selling previously-owned and new residential properties. I was the point of contact for Virtual Properties Realty real estate agents to answer commercial real estate questions (over 300 agents at that time) and I was a Land Manager for Georgia Land Solutions (GLS) which is a sister company to Virtual Properties Realty involved in purchasing, listing, selling and investing in land.
