These are the most important things in my life:

2. My relationship with Susan, she is my wife, best friend, and business partner
3. My 3 beautiful children; Crystal, Christopher, and Christian are a joy to my heart and make me so proud

When those areas of my life are healthy and properly prioritized I am confident I can do anything, including quitting my job in 2002, selling our home, and moving to Kingsland, GA to start a Real Estate Brokerage. Our success has been built on keeping priorities in order and genuinely serving home owners in the sale of their Kingsland, GA Real Estate. We also serve the St. Marys, GA Real Estate Market which is a bordering city. Kingsland and St. Marys, Georgia Real Estate Markets are very similar to each other since you really cannot tell where one city ends and the other begins unless you see the city limit signage. We sell both Kingsland and St. Marys, Geogia homes, and although we have a Kingsland office address we are centrally located within a mile of the St. Marys city line.

My life is blessed as I have had the privilege of serving nearly 20 years in the U.S. Navy (mix of active duty and reserve duty / served as enlisted and officer), been appointed to and served on the Kingsland, Georgia Downtown Developement Authority (DDA), served as the Chairman of my church's Finance Committee and as a Deacon for a few years, and on the Board of Directors for the Camden/Charlton County Board of Realtors.

I enjoy deep sea fishing, camping, and travel. The Navy has afforded me the experience of travel throughout the world covering six of the seven continents (Antartica is a bit hard to get to). As much as I like to travel and have leisure time, I truly love my hobby...my hobby is my business...my business is my hobby! Maybe that is why our independent brokerage can compete so well against all the franchises. So many people can not wait to get off work at the end of the day but I find that I love what I do so much that I have to pry myself away from it. Royal-Skies Realty and the real estate investments that Susan and I have are a passion to me.
