Helen Burgess

I have been in the real estate business approximately fifteen years, in that time I have seen the market change in many ways. I make it my business to stay on top of the changes and trends in the market place in an effort to best serve my clients. I am actively involved in my community and church.

As a relocation specialist in the area, people have different interests and desires that prompts their motivation to move to the Metro Atlanta Area. Atlanta is the place where retirees from the North, New York area, or as far west as California, come looking for a slower pace and affordable housing.

It is my intent to assess their needs and help them find that dream home or retirment whether their interest is to be on a 'golf course, or lake front property.

In '2005, I also obtained by license from the state of Florida. Since Tallahassee is my birth home, I had several requests from relatives in friends to assist them in various real estate transactions. Now I can extend that same courteous service to anyone else looking to move to re rapidly growing areas of North Florida.

I earned a Bachelors degree in Business from San Jose State University.

In 1981, I began my career with IBM in california, by 1989, I transferred to Atlanta. Through changes in the economy and downsizing, I joined Prudential Atlanta Realty in 1993 beginning my real estate career.

In 2005 I also obtained a real estate license in the State of Florida.
