Annette Bryant

I have been working in the field of real estate since the mid 1980’s as a Land Developer and Home Building Contractor. I obtained a sales person’s license and became a REALTOR in 1989 and a Broker in 1993. From 1993 – 2003 I owned and operated a Century 21 franchise in West Chatham when I merged my office with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners and formed the New Homes Division.

I’m proud to serve as the President of the Savannah Board of Realtors in 2006 and currently chair the REALTOR Political Action Committee for SABOR, and also sitson the Board of Directors for the Savannah Multiple Listing Service.

Over the last fifteen years I have been recognized as a leader in sales production with numerous awards, and am currently a candidate for membership in the Institute of Residential Marketing.

My passion for my business is matched by my enthusiasm for raising five college-aged children with my best friend and husband Mark, who also practices in the commercial field of real estate and provides endless support.

My goals and objectives include forming lasting impressions and relationships through superior service to my valued customers and clients.
