David Deweese & John Dirgo, Broker-Owners

David is a registered nurse and managed operating rooms on the mainland. After years of experience doing that, he was offered a sales position with a medical equipment manufacturer. Within a short time, he was the national sales manager. That experience brought him to Hawaii, where he fell in love with the place. A short time later, he left that position to move to the islands. He's been here since 2000 and loves to show people all the things that he fell in love with on the island.

John grew up in Colorado, the last of 6 children, the son of a mortgage broker father and a real estate broker mother. So, its kind of like real estate is in his blood. However, he moved professionally into the high-tech world. When he was 25 he moved to Alabama and worked on the "Star Wars" missile project for a while. After 10 years in Alabama, he and David made the move to the Big Island of Hawaii, which he absolutely loves. He also feels weird writing about himself in the third-person, like now.
