I have been a full time Realtor since 1979, starting in California and relocating full time to Kona Hawaii in 2000. My husband and I had a 16 year plan to make Kona our full time home and are very happy that plan has been successfully completed!

We love living here in Kona, the weather, the people, the water, the lifestyle is one that helps people remember why they had worked so hard all those years!

We retired here in 2000. My husband took to retirement like a duck to water.. it lasted only a year for me.. I love working with people and missed all the contact with new people and exciting challenges that are a big part of real estate transactions!

My attitude and philosphy is to put together " win win" transactions... I like to make things work for my clients and have all parties leave the transaction feeling like they did a good deal.

It is important to me that when I run into my past clients we are able to have a hug and a happy exchange knowing that I did the best job I could to help them meet their goals.

My main focus is working with clients who have been referred to me in my market area. I specialize in the area from Hokulia to Palisades. I know the market in these areas and feel comfortable that my suggestions for clients are based on reality and current market conditions.
