Phil Fudge

After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University and a four year tour of duty with the US Navy I moved to Hawaii and spent several years managing hotels and resort condominiums. Upon seeing the advantage of real estate investment I began focusing on a transition that is now allowing me to enjoy what I like best....helping people buy and sell property. In 1984 I obtained my Hawaii real estate sales license to initiate a new career.

As a full time Realtor, I take great care and pride in providing real estate services because I know how important it is for Kauai's residents and visitors to have someone in which they have trust and confidence, managing what may represent a significant part of their investment portfolio.

Being active in the community is one of the more gratifying aspects of life on Kauai. It broadens my opportunity to work with many different people and allows me to participate in rewarding projects and activities. In addition to active membership in the Kauai Board of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors it is my privilege to have served on the board of directors and committees of several organizations including:
