AJ Allen has joined Century 21 1st Place. AJ has been in the real estate industry for over 7 years and have been able to help many clients find the right home or investment property here in the Treasure Valley. Over the past 7 years AJ has worked as a Mortgage Consultant and as a Realtor. With the knowledge of both aspects of getting a mortgage and finding the right home, AJ has been able to guide his clients through the home buying process with ease. AJ grew up in McCall and Sun Valley Idaho then moved away and joined the United States Marine Corps. After serving his country for 4 years, AJ decided that Boise was the place he wanted to raise his family. Now AJ lives in Meridian Idaho and works at Century 21 1st Place in Boise. AJ has 3 boys and 1 girl and his wife is a Mortgage Consultant. AJ and his family like to spend as much time outdoors as possible. They all like to ski/snowboard, snowmobiling, walking and biking on the Green Belt, fishing and hunting. However, one of the favorite family outings is to go watch the Boise State Bronco Football Team. AJ will be focusing his expertise trying to help Treasure Valley homeowners save their homes from foreclosure. AJ will guide his clients through the Short Sale process and help the first time home buyers in finding great investment opportunities.

I was once told that it is not possible to be great at everything. The person who spends their time doing a good job at many things often could spend that same time doing a few great things.

What I mean by this is: Michael Jordan didn't play every position amazingly well, he played one and was great at it. No one remembers those people who were semi-good at everything, they remember and want to be around the people who are outstanding or great at what they do.
