I have 20 years experience in many aspects of Real Estate. While managing health care facilities as a career I engaged in leasing, contracting, purchasing and developing medical facilities. Also, as a principal of Mother Lode Recreation I engaged in developing the Camino Heights Golf Course including a stint managing the club as well as the Gold Creek Golf Resort.

I was the president of the Lake Shastina Golf Resort Townhouse association over the course of several years and oversaw extensive renovations and improvements to the property. Upon selling my interest in the vacation rentals there I extensively searched for an area with abundant recreational opportunities. I found McCall in late 2003 and settled here by the spring of 2004.
