I obtained my real estate license for the state of Idaho in the spring of 2005. Before obtaining my license, I worked in the production management field for a local high tech company from 1997 to 2005.
As a beginner agent in 2005, I earned the recognition for "Rookie of the year" for the brokerage I represent. In 2006 and 2007 I earned the recognition for "Top Producer Nampa Association of Realtors" as well as “Top Producer” with Heritage Real Estate.
As far as education, I went through the GRI program and obtained such designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) in 2007. The services I offer are based on strong communication, effective dealing and trust. I strive to earn your trust and grow roots for a solid relationship that will last through time. I speak fluent spanish.
Because of my own experience on residential income, I can advise you of proper strategies to invest as well as the proper mortgage programs that have worked for me. I never recommend a system or strategy that has never worked for me or any of my fellow real estate investors.
I can be a help to find property in a hot rental area as well as give you guidance in a rental market income assessment.
