Eugenia has been in the Interior Design & Real Estate industries for more than 10 years. After receiving an Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and then a Master’s in Urban Planning and Policy, she decided to combines those skills in the field of Real Estate. With a philosophy of designing from the outside in, she uses market data to assist development clients with choosing areas that are poised for development, assisting retail clientele in maximizing space and increasing traffic flow, as well as aiding residential clients with preparing their homes for sale and helping buyers visualize themselves living in a space. With experience in sub-contracting and bid proposals , long term care design and space planning, Eugenia knows how to asses client needs and wants translate those into specifications and use form and function to create user friendly, flowing and beautiful spaces.
