Tracy Eslinger

I am a dedicated, full-time Real Estate Professional, that offers top-notch service to my clients with appointments seven days a week.  I also operate and manage Advantage Property Management in Morris and Coal City. My motto, "Talk To Tracy", is my calling card.  I will gladly answer any real estate questions, or find answers to questions you have that I might not already know with my vast real estate experience. Personal History:  My mother is owner/operator of Advantage Realty, Inc. in Morris and Coal City.  Her thirty plus years of experience have been helpful in my training as well as that of the other agents in our offices.  The real estate business has been a part of my life, my entire life and the expertise and professionalism that my mother, Joan Eslinger, has shown me are some of the best tools and learning in this business. I was born and raised in Morris, Illinois and I currently reside in Morris with my wonderful husband and two Golden Retrievers.  I also have three grown step daughters that are currently around this area fulfilling their own dreams. Work ExperienceI have held a job since the age of fifteen at a local restaurant.  In my quest for knowledge, I have been in the customer service industry, computer programming, and I am a journeyman machinist and certified welder.  When I first started in real estate I was part-time, serving friends and family when I was available.  In late 2000 I was offered the opportunity to create and manage our property management division.  I seized this opportunity and from that point on, real estate became my life, passion and full-time profession.  The experience of working with the real estate and rental public since that time is immeasurable and immensily gratifying.  I continue to serve the public daily by appointments.

The Future  The outlook for my future is a promising one, with two real estate office and two management offices to help operate.  I have currently taken on the role of Managing Broker of the Advantage Realty, Inc. office in Coal City, IL.  I feel that with today's technology and all of the benefits of global outreach through media, internet and ever changing computer programs, will keep our offices on our toes and a viable business for many years to come.  The ability to reach clients in the far stretches of the world is a wonder thanks to today's technologies.  I accept and embrace the challenges of today's technologies and the changing market.  This is a test to all Realtors to keep on top of the market and their business to meet the needs of all clients, now and in the future markets.
