I am a dedicated real estate consultant. For the last eleven remarkable years I have strived to build one of the most successful real estate practices to exclusively serve the home sellers and buyers in the area.

My role is to consult, negotiate and handle the details. A consultant asks profound questions and listens vigilantly. When it comes time to save you money, I will represent your money like it is my own. Every transaction requires over 100 phone calls involving 70 pages of documents and more than 50 signatures. I will oversee all the details.

I work differently than a traditional real estate agent. A large portion of my business comes from referrals. Most real estate agents spend 80 to 90 percent of their time looking for new clients. I spend most of my time working with clients who were referred to me. I invest 80 to 90 percent of my time focusing on making your experience with me first-class. As a result, my current and past clients happily refer me to family, friends and coworkers who also deserve first-class treatment.
