Mary Wallace

My name is Mary Wallace and I am a full time, full service Real Estate professional serving the Chicagoland area and Southeastern Wisconsin. I closed 9.6 Million in sale in 2008 despite the market conditions. I also am Oak Lawn's #1 Realtor for 2008 based on single family home and condo sales in the Multiple Listing Service. In June of 2007 I was featured on the cover of Realtor Magazine as a recipient of the "30 under 30" award which annually honors the top young real estate agents in the country. My marketing expertise and honest personality has been some of the main reasons I have been able to sell over 34 million dollars in Real Estate in the past 5 years.

Having my Master's degree in Psychology has helped me close over 226 transactions in the past 4 years because I understand the importance of listening to my clients and creating an individualized plan to reach our goals together.

I also was elected to serve as an Oak Lawn Park District Commissioner in 2005. I really wanted to take an active part in my community and work to make Oak Lawn a more enjoyable and beautiful place to live. Having this experience has increased my appreciation and education of the Village of Oak Lawn which helps my clients tremendously when selling or buying a home in Oak Lawn.
