Debora McKay

Debora was born and raised just outside of Atlanta, Georgia and attended Georgia State University. After meeting her husband and relocating to Illinois in 1985, she started a new career raising her two daughters. While navigating her children through schools, Debora served on the Parent Teacher Organization board for several years, including a term as President. This community service allowed her to make lots of friends and acquaintances that would ultimately help her in new career of selling real estate.

Always interested in real estate, she obtained her license in 1998 and has been “full speed ahead” ever since. She prides herself on her knowledge of the nuances and unique special features of each suburb and neighborhood, providing an invaluable knowledge base to guide her clients. My number one priority is to stay focused on my client's needs. Client relationships are built on mutual respect. I work hard to earn that respect. I provide an uncompromising level of service. It's just that simple. I give my clients the benefit of working with someone who really cares about them and their success.

Debora McKay started selling residential real estate in 1998 and became a Top Producer immediately. She has been a member of the prestigious President’s Premier Club (Coldwell Banker’s highest honor awarded to the top 1% of Agents) for 7 years. Debora has been recognized by Coldwell Banker as the #1 Agent in St. Charles in 2007, 2008 and the #2 Agent in the Western Suburbs for her closed sales volume for 2007 and 2008. She has been recognized as the Top Agent for sales volume in Kane County for 2008, as well.

She has her broker’s license, ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist), Previews Specialist (Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) and has been certified as a Relocation Specialist, as well.
