Brenda Mingee

I have been a resident of Avon IN in the Hendricks Co. area since 1997. I relocated here from Bloomington, where I lived and worked all my life. I raised 2 wonderful children as a single parent and worked at Indiana University Bloomington for around 30 yrs. After my kids were grown and married, I followed them to Indy. My son has a beautiful family and lives in Carmel, my beautiful daughter passed away in 1999 and left 2 terriffic little boys. I have 3 grandsons and 1 grandaughter who are my pride and joy. I love living in the Avon area and enjoy spending time with my friends, family and church.

I have always loved real estate! After working in several administrative positions and getting bored, I decided to take the real estate sales person class and get my license in order to help people and find something that I enjoyed. I received my license in July 2002 and joined a small independent firm where I stayed until June 2007.

I love finding the perfect home for each and every client. I am told I have great people and communication skills. I treat each client the way I would like to be treated. I'm honest and dedicated to each and every transaction to make is a smooth one whether listing or buying with me I will give you the respect you deserve. I have extensive knowledge of the market along with a team of expert professionals in the title business and mortgage industry to assist me.
