Peggy North

I was born in Bremen Indiana and raised all my life in Mishawaka. I am a 1969 Penn Graduate and a graduate of the Realtor Institute. I married my husband David North in 1969 and we have one daughter, Andrea who married Matthew Benassi in 2006. I am also very proud of my grandog, Bella. In 1984 when our daughter was born I wanted to be a stay at home mom so I didn't miss a moment with her so I thought I would see if I was cut out to be a Realtor. I wanted to do something that I could get my daughter to school, pick her up, go to her sports events and be the room mother. It was the best decision I ever made. I was able to always be there for her when it was important and build a successful carreer at the same time.

I began my career in Real Estate in 1990 after many years in Banking as a loan office and office manager. After four years experience in working with buyer's and seller's I thought it was time to take my business to the next level so in 1994 I earned my Broker's license which gave me so much more to offer my clients. In 1999 I completed the ABR class (Accredited Buyer's Rep) and learned better ways to work hard for my buyer's. In 2002 my next goal (and this is a big one) was to finish a three year program which is called GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). Very intense program but very worth it. I am a true believer in education so I also finished another three year course called CRS (Certified Residential Specialists). Only 5% of Realtors nationwide hold this designation. I really did not see my next move coming and that was to start my own Real Estate Company. I had sixteen years experience, all the tools, education and technology to be one of the finest Real Estate Companies in town, and we are.
