I have struggled with what I am going to write, because it seems to me that my life story is totally irrelevant when it comes to deciding whether or not I am the right person to help you in the purchase or sale of a home.

I come from a background in Education, which means I am an information gatherer and hugely detail oriented. As I like my clients to know everything there is to know before they make decisions, I make a great effort to take the time to explain everything about the process as we progress through the transaction.

Having bought and sold homes in three different countries, I'm pretty good with cultural differences too. I have a pretty easy time putting myself in other people's shoes. I mostly know where people are coming from when they have concerns in a transaction. Buying or selling real estate can prove to be an emotional time, so this is quite a helpful trait to have.
