Just as location is the most important factor in a Real Estate transaction, I believe Customer Service and Satisfaction are the most important factors in all real estate transactions. I specialize in the Storm Lake and Alta, Iowa areas - and in acreages located in Northwest Iowa.

My business is serving the needs of my clients to either: sell their property for the best amount in the least amount of time or to secure them a property for the best amount of money in the least amount of time.

Real Estate is highly competitive - I love that aspect! I maintain my edge in this field through tailored customer service, advanced education, the application of technology and community involvement. I use extensive marketing and technology, including web sites, e-news letters, streaming video, digital photography, neighborhood canvasing, 2 real estate blogs including one on ActiveRain, and a number of other "outside the box" tools. Most recently I received the AHS designation (Accredited Home Staging Specialist) to add value to my services in this difficult market.

There are 5 key attributes to a successful business and life:

Commitment - a promise that simply cannot be broken under any circumstances, I think it is a very serious thing to make a Promise and the Promises I do make I intend to keep. PERIOD

Consistiency - Doing the right thing day in and day out, that means even when noone is looking

Perseverance - Nothing great is easy, business must be something you absolutely love or you are in the wrong place, there are a lot of people who just punch a clock or go through the motions - I think that is such a waste of 2 of the very precious gifts God has given you - talent and life.

Optimism - Building a business is hard, so is life. The journey does count, we see each "problem" as a chance to learn and grow both in our life and business, negativism has no place in our business. Anyone can point out problems, look around they're everywhere, make the difference and come up with some of the solutions.

Accountability - You are responsible for all you do, we keep the end in mind, nothing else counts as much as a good end result. I don't believe in passing the buck, I don't care who dropped the ball, I own the company and the buck stops at me.

I stand for the 5 key attributes above and include integrity, honesty, excellent second to none customer satisfaction and service. I do not have the goal to be the biggest, work with the most agents, have the highest number of listings or sales, or to make the most - my goal is to simply be the best.
