I didn't get to be a Broker in Kansas without experience... call me and I can tell you all you want to know about my qualifications - basically I am a no-frills broker that got a license in spite not wanting to wait on other lazy agents and brokers to do their job and write contracts for me or open doors to houses I already found for investments...
