Nelson Weaver

I am a native of west Kentucky and a graduate of the University of Alabama. I spent 30 years in helath care management before moving into real estate. I specialize in lake property but I also enjoy working with clients who are buying and selling farms or a home with a few acres of land. I am married to Mindy Weaver and we have four children. Mindy is an RN with a home health agency.

I have been in the real estate business for two years. I have completed 360 hours of class room credits required for my broker's license and I have one class remaining to earn my GRI.

My previous position as Chief Operating Officer of a helath care company plus the additional training and experience I have gained in real estate makes me uniquely qualified to address the complet issues of todays real estate market. Both sellers and buyers need the most qualified advice and the best service they can find. My goal is to be the best and to stay the best.
