Alice Deal

I was born and raised in Acadiana, lived here for a short period as a child, but then grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana. I always knew I would come back to Acadiana, my home away from home, and pursue my college education where I earned my bachelor’s degree. While I was earning my degree, I was also actively involved in the many organizations at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette in addition to the community involvement, to build a solid foundation for my future in real estate and in order to gain the appropriate resources available. After living in Acadiana for over 10 years, I was involved in the oil and gas industry as well as the land leasing business where I gained years of experience.
My passion and drive for building strong relationships with my clients is what is important to me, as a realtor. I am determined and strive to bring excellent results to all parties when it comes to buying and/or selling your home. Having a solid understanding of the real estate market and being able to project that to your clients is a necessity. I make sure each step of the way, the transactions go as smoothly as possible while communicating to all parties the information pertinent in the transaction. My work is my hobby and I intend to make sure the opportunity is an experience to remember, while superceding all expectations.
