My husband and I have been married for 25 years and have 4 daughters and 1 son, ranging in ages from 13-23. Our son has made us the proud grandparents of 3 precious little boys, ages 2 months, 2 years and 4 years as of June '08. The aforementioned people have given me the majority of the training in negotiation, acquisition, management and logistical coordination anyone could ever need. Juggling the wants and needs of equally valuable individuals is what I do best.

EDUCATION is key to me in all aspects of life. As a mother, I have been my family's primary teacher all along. Though we have benefitted from the best of both public and private education, I also did a brief stint of Home Schooling with my 2 older children. Through all of this, I have learned the value of proper information and excellence in education, whatever the form.

Helping people to achieve the Dream of HOME OWNERSHIP is of utmost importance to me. I am not just interested in selling houses. It is extremely crucial that people are properly educated to the entire process and consequences of Home Ownership and all that it entails. Nothing would be worse than purchasing your 1st home, only to lose it in foreclosure due to overextended financing or being overwhelmed by the magnitude of the maintenance and responsibility. It would be better to know what lies ahead and be able to make a plan to prepare for the goal, rather than jumping in without a life preserver and drowning.

Maryland is a great microcosm of the US. We have mountains, flat land and almost everything in between. In a matter of 3-4 hours, you can be at the ocean or on a lake. Likewise, we have great diversity of housing options. Condos and townhomes; cottages, victorians, ranchers and colonials from small to Mc Mansion; primary residences and investment properties; as well as vast commercial possibilities. Today we are experiencing what many call a Buyer's Market, but smart Sellers can do well when they stay ahead of the curve in the positioning of their properties in the market. As opposed to merely placing it in the market, where it could stay for quite some time. There are many things we can do to get your house to attain the Pre-Approved status you want your potential Buyers to have.
In order that I may best serve you and to make me a better agent with which to deal in each transaction, I have invested much of my time, energy and resources into trying to stay ahead of the curve in this changing era of Real Estate. I travel across the country to learn from the very best our industry has to offer. Very often, some of the most innovative ideas for marketing or negotiations come as a result of the brainstorming that occurs when great minds come together. If I can put myself in those places, then I am a benefit to those who employ me. The following is a list of the designations I have earned, special training I have received and groups with whom I have chosen to associate myself in an effort to always move forward, so I can help you to make your move.

Accredited Buyers Representative, ABR
Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, REBAC
Graduate REALTOR Institute, GRI
Senior (Generational) Real Estate Specialist, SRES

In addition, I am currently working on the requirements to earn the prestigious CRS deisgnation. Only 4% of the more than 1,000,000 REALTORS in the US qualify to be a Certified Residential Specialist. My plan is to accomplish this goal by the end of this year.

As a member of the following professional organizations, I take my membership to the next level by participating on a committee in an area of pertinence; Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS, Maryland Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS, Real Estate Million Dollar Association, Ltd.

All of this means nothing if I do not put what I have learned to use and do my best when representing my Buyers, Sellers and Investors.
