The second of seven siblings from Wellville, Virginia a small town southwest of Richmond,Virginia. Developed a strong sense for sound work ethics and personal caring attitude from life experiences learned from my grandfather, Dolphus Hawkes and father Adolphus Hawkes, Jr. Attended Durham Business College in Durham, North Carolina and graduated from Benjamin Franklin University in the District of Columbia. Received a Bachelor oif Science Degree in Accounting. Licensed in 1984 as a Realtor in the District of Columbia and Maryland. Previously affiliated with Dear Realty World, Inc.; Long and Foster Realtors, Inc.; and currently with Century 21-Trademark Realty, Inc. since 2004.

Twenty five years of real estate experience, accounting and income tax consultation. Received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Benjamin Franklin University in the District of Columbia in 1982. Graduate of the Greater Capitol Area Associiation of Realtors' Realtor Institute in 2005; Member of National Association of Realtors; Member of Prince Georges Association of Realtors; Officer and active Brother in the Fidelity Lodge #20 Masonic Order; and Member of Zion Baptist Church and Senior Usher Board. Specializes in the listing and sales of residential properties. Develops specialized marketing plan for residential properties in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.
