I am a Southern Maryland resident, having moved here from the Philadelphia suburbs (Bucks County) in 1989. I am proud to say that St. Mary's County is my home...I love what our great region offers! I love the birds and wildlife, I love the beautiful water and, most of all, I love the kind, good, people in Southern Maryland!

I live in and love Southern Maryland...this is the geographic area in which I have expertise. In addition to having a great knowlege of this beautiful area, I enjoy working with everyone I meet, but especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and sellers! I have a background in customer service and always strive to maintain responsive, friendly, professional service to my clients. I take whatever time is needed with first-time homebuyers to make their purchase enjoyable, memorable and well informed. I am patient. For sellers, I provide innovative marketing strategies, open communication, and a promise to market their property as intensely and agressively as I would market my own. I have earned degrees and have many years of experience in both statistics and economics...I understand the unique market conditions we are experiencing. I am hard working and know that my persistence, my innovative strategies and unique ideas will provide my sellers with the reassurance they need concerning the marketing of their homes.

New construction has always been my passion. Growing up, my father owned a construction company and later, I was Vice President of a construction company, too. Additionally, I have experienced success in new home sales, having worked as a community sales manager for a Southern Maryland builder. The process of homebuilding is exciting and I still keep my hands into the mix with a support company that I own and operate for new home builders. This company, Home Builder Services Inc., provides quality assurance services and customer service/warranty services to builders - I have experience working with both small local builders as well as large National builders. My builder experience through the years includes services provided to companies such as K&P Builders, Centex Homes, K.Hovnanian (previously Washington Homes), Patriot Homes (Lennar), Rocky Gorge Homes, Thomas Homes and others. These experiences have provided me with a high level of knowlege in new construction and customer service.
