I became a licensed real estate professional in both Maryland and Delaware late in 2004 after relocating to the Coast from northern Maryland. In 2005 I was represented with a "Silver Award" for sales volume from amongst approximately 1400+ agents through the Coastal Association of Realtors and was also designated "Rookie of the Year" in my former office by the national brokerage firm I was affiliated with at the time.

In 2006, I attained the GRI Designation for REALTORS after successfully completing an additional 90 hours of in-depth training to better serve my clients, while receiving multiple awards of recognition as a Top Producer FOR listings and sales.

In 2007, I sold new construction homes for the developer at "Bayside", near Fenwick Island, Delaware, being affiliated with Seacoast Realty. ResortQuest Real Estate purchased Seacoast Realty in 2008 and I am pleased to be on the team with the industry leader in the area helping buyers and sellers with all their residential real estate needs throughout the area.. ResortQuest has multiple office locations in the Bethany Beach area as well as in Ocean City at 81st Street and Coastal Highway.
