The Homes Connection

The Homes Connection brokerage is located in the Metropolitan West (MetroWest) area of Boston. Our office handles the sale and rental of single family houses, condomiums, apartments, and commercial properties.

Two highly regarded builders of new homes, Richmond Development and Rainbow Builders, are represented by the office. Gustavson Development, another local builder, is skilled at renovations and tear-down/rebuilds, and operates through The Homes Connection office. Whatever your new home/renovated home needs, The Homes Connection is prepared to assist you in selling your house or buying your perfect new home.

Margot Ellsworth and John Ellsworth are the principals of the brokerage. Margot is the sales manager. John manages the admin/finances of the company and represents one of the developers.

Both Margot and John are staunch community supporters. John has the experience of 30 years on Ashland Boards - the Board of Selectmen, Finance Board, and Planning Board. He is presently Chairman of the Ashland Emergency Fund, a local charity (see www.ashlandemergencyfund.com or .org). Margot has been a leader in their church since their arrival in Ashland, 35 years ago, and is active various charitable activites.

The Homes Connection is a real estate office made up of 15+ agents who specialize in the sale and rental of houses in the Ashland, Framingham, and the West Metropolitan area of Boston; MetroWest. We regularly train in real estate practises, taking not only the mandated bi-annual State mandated courses, but also training bi-weekly at office meetings on new real estate happenings, offerings, requirements, etc. These training sesions include shifting mortgage requirements and rates, tenant/landlord norms and practises, legal issues regarding disclosures and buyer/seller agency, etc. This is how The Homes Connection works to insure that we attain the highest level of preparation to assist you in the sale of your house or in buying a new home.
