I pledge the following level of performance at no charge to you as a buyer:

*I will talk with and listen to your needs and wants. *I will help educate you about current market conditions and real estate in general. *I will explain the advantages of being pre-approved for a loan and introduce you to lenders with proven track records. *I will help you pre-select homes that are most suitable for your price range and needs. *I will give you valuable information on available homes and tour them with you as appropriate. *I will help provide a knowledgeable strategy for writing an offer that fits the current market conditions. *I will help you understand the purchase and sale agreement and coordinate all negotiations and communications between you and the seller. *I will see that you get a complete estimate of all costs to you relating to purchasing a home. *I will be present at closing to facilitate a successful conclusion. *I will stay in touch with you from the day you start your search for a new home until the day you move in. *I will then be there when you decide to sell.

I will do all of this for my buyers at no charge. My fee will be paid by the seller!
