Chris Layton

Christopher Layton is Broker Owner of Layton Real Estate LLC and realtor of the year (2007) in Stoughton Ma. For the previously 5 years he was Co- Owner of Parshley & Layton Real Estate in Stoughton.

He is the Past President and a current Director of the Tri-County Board of Realtors. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Mass Association of Realtors as well as a current member. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors. He is a member of the Realty Guild, an elite organization that is associated with the most respected independent broker owners from across the state. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College. In addition he has an accomplished 30 year sales and marketing career in the high technology industry.

Chris holds a number of professional Realtor designations including the CRS - Certified Real Estate Specialist, GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute, SRES- Specialist Helping Seniors and RECS Cyberspace Internet Specialist. He is currently working on the CCIM- advanced commercial designation.
