Chris Layton

Christopher Layton is Broker Owner of Layton Real Estate LLC .He was elected the 2007 Realtor Of The Year for the Tri County Board Of Realtors. For the previously 5 years he was Co- Owner of Parshley & Layton Real Estate in Stoughton.

He is the current President and Director of the Tri-County Board of Realtors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Mass Association of Realtors. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College. In addition he has an accomplished 30 year sales and marketing career in the high technology industry.

Chris holds a number of professional Realtor designations including the CRS - Certified Real Estate Specialist, GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute, SRES- Specialist Helping Seniors and RECS Cyberspace Internet Specialist. He is currently working on the CCIM- advanced commercial designation.
