I've devoted myself, full-time, to helping others reach their real estate goals. I particularly enjoy helping firs time buyers. There is a nice satisfaction element that comes from leading people through the "minefield" of the home buying process.
I am, also, a real estate investor. I own and manage several rental properties, so I'm in tune with the buyer looking to delve into this realm. The current market provides great opportunities to the investor considering "flipping" or getting into the rental business.
The sellers that I represent get full service, as well. I offer the Talking House system that transmits info about the home 24 hours a day to anyone driving by. It's exactly like I'm standing on the curb extolling the features of your home to anyone listening!
All that keeps me busy, but I do carve out time to spend with my great wife, Deb, and to serve on the Board of Directors of my local Humane Society. So.....spay and neuter those pets, and give me a call for ALL your real estate needs!
