Meagan Kempf

Meagan Kempf has been buying and selling investment properties since the age of 20, when she purchased her first home in a college town and sold it 10 months later for a profit. She was immediately hooked on the concept of finding a great deal - whether it is for herself, a friend or client. Since then, she and her husband have owned many homes and vacant properties throughout the state. They now reside with their three children in Filer Township outside of Manistee, just a short walk from the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan.


While attending Michigan State University's James Madison College, Meagan began working in the Michigan Senate. She left in 1997 to form her own consulting business and advised clients on a variety of community development projects, many of which included land and housing development. In 2005, she was recruited to join the sales force of a land development company ranked by INC Magazine as one of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in America. The job allowed her to travel to some of the most beautiful properties across the country.

She now stays closer to home as a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker A.L.M. and specializes in unique homes and waterfront properties, as well as vacant land development. Meagan prides herself on being available 24/7 to her customers and clients. She limits the number of clients she will work with, to ensure each gets her individual, undivided attention.

Meagan is a member of the Manistee-Oceana-Mason Board of Realtors (MOM-MLS), the Michigan Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is an active member of the Manistee community. She was instrumental in the formation of the Manistee County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, is past board member of the Manistee County Chamber of Commerce and has served on various other boards and commissions over the last 10 years.
