I love my job! I can't think of any other career where I get to help people make one of the biggest investments of their lives. I realize the importance of quality service and strive to make my clients feel as important as they truly are to me.

I worked for a large company for several years where I learned a lot about marketing, pricing, and dealing with buyers as well as sellers. I realize that in a good market it is a very emotional decision to buy or sell a home. In a poor market it is even harder. My clients aren't just about making a commission, it's about being able to keep in touch after the fact and know that they would not only use me again but refer their friends and family. I strive to be their realtor for life.

In this market is is increasingly important to understand all aspects of the real estate transaction. When we have a client come in with special circumstances such as being unable to sell their home for as much or more than the mortgage and closing costs we need to know what to do. Sometimes they are being relocated, or an adjustable rate mortgage that is going up, sometimes it can be a crisis such as losing a loved one or going through a divorce, or losing a job that requires them to have to move. These clients need our help - we need to know so much more than traditional real estate has required us to know in the past. We need to understand their situation and be willing to search all posibilities to help them get through these trying times. Sometimes that may be getting creative, maybe renting the home until the market improves, maybe knowing how to do a contratct for deed or a short-sale is the answer. (A short-sale is negotiating with the bank to discount the loan to market value). This does not hurt your credit and in most cases will improve it.

I believe that my clients are the true secret to my success. As difficult it is to be in real estate right now it is also truly rewarding. I not only feel that I can make a living at this but more importantly I can make a difference.

I don't believe that there has ever been a more trying time for this industry. I also believe that our clients need us more now than ever. I promise to educate you on your options, to always stay updated on the market and to do my best to help you through these emotional times.

I limit the agents in our office. We aren't going for quantity. When you walk in to Help-U-Sell you will find that the entire office has one priority. We care about what is best for the client - you will always be our first priority.
