After a 15 year management career with Barnes & Noble, I decided to go full-time into real estate sales to go along with my real estate investment activities. As a Realtor®, customer service is even more important than in my store, where everyone felt at home.

Since then customer service has remained, to use an overworked phrase, my middle name. I've helped many buyers buy and sellers sell their homes, steering them carefully through what can be an amazingly complex transaction. I've earned the trust and respect of many of my clients, and hope to earn yours, too.

Call me for any or all of your real estate needs. I look forward to assisting you.

And don't forget: When you enlist my help, you help the charity of your choice! I'll donate 10% of my net commission to your favorite charity.
ABR member. (Accredited Buyer Representative) The ABR designation requires specialized coursework, of course, and experience. You have to have done the deals.

SRS certified. (Seller Representative Specialist)

e-Pro certified. (e-Pro is a certification of web-based communication, home-selling, and site-building skills available from the National Association of Realtors)

GRI certified. (Graduate, Realtor Institute)

This, of course, in addition to boyish charm and rugged good looks. Okay, not really, but an okay sense of humor anyway.

As Manager of the first Barnes & Noble in Mankato, I remain most proud of the fact that so many people thought of our store as their home-away-from-home, and that my staff and I were able to make them feel that way with our friendly and thoughtful customer service.

Buyer's Market Timing

Let’s talk timing. A buyer’s market like the one we are in now is perfect for two kinds of buyers: renters and buyers who are buying up. Renters for obvious reasons: mortgage rates are low, and so are house prices. If you’re renting it doesn’t ...

The President comes through (for once)!

Hooray! I'll be honest: there's not much I like about the current occupant in the White House, but his concern for his legacy is driving him to some unprecedented activity. Among that activity, and very welcome from my point of view, is the legislation ...
