I make sure that sales contracts comply with your instructions and best interests. I will also serve as your guide through the maze of appraisals, documents, marketing, loan requirements, inspections, disclosures, and finally to the successful close of escrow. My goal is to serve my clients so that they will return to me for their future real estate needs. I have been in business since 2000. I have sold an average of 100 homes a year. I made the top 3% of the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors. I have sold at least 8 million in volume a year.
