Having grown up in Montana I know the little customs that native Montanans hold to like the art of 'neighboring'. It's the way people in our area manage to live next to one another and still get along, despite all our differences and uniqueness. It's really based in tolerance of one another and respect for you neighbor's property and rights as a human being. When I was young I spent a lot of time on my uncle's farm learning to work and appreciate what we have here. I played basketball on the local high school team and was in the marching band. I love music and spent several years after college playing music in colleges and resort areas throughout the Northwest as a folk singer/songwriter. I earned a degree in journalism along the way, too. I started my real estate career in 1984 in Denver as a commercial investment specialist with a focus on apartment sales. I helped investors make smart decisions about owning and buying investment property. In 1991 my wife Jackie and I missed Montana and we came home, like most Montanans eventually do. I golf, play some music in the back yard and wait for orders from my West Highland terrier, Ness. But Montana's home and always will be. It really is, "The Last Best Place."
Experience in the real estate business is the one true point of separation you need to consider when selecting your next Broker to represent your interests. I've been a full-time licensed real estate agent and Broker since 1984 and have managed and, in my capacity as a managing Broker for other agents, overseen the management of thousands of transactions and have learned something of value from each of them. I take this collection of experiences and information and use it to the advantage of my buyer and seller clients. I have managed large commercial transactions and still get a huge amount of satisfation and feeling of accomplishment from helping first-time homebuyers through their first real estate transaction. I am an Accredited Buyers Representative which means I have extensive training and experience in helping buyers fulfill their goals, I am a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation which is the highest level designation in the real estate industry and have completed hundreds of hours in coursework so I can help you with your needs and be effective in doing so. But remember, at the end of the day, experience is the only degree that matters in our industry. My experience doesn't cost more and the results you get are much better.

No, seriously, I'm not kidding...,
This home, 132 Wheatfield Lane, Belgrade Montana, is the best housing value I've ever had the chance to offer to the buying public. Oh, I've had houses priced lower, they were usually in deferred condtion. But this home is exceptional. In 24 years, ...
