Before entering Real Estate I spent many years in Food Service. For 7 years I had my own Cafeteria Service Business. At the "peak" I had 3 accounts and 11 employees.

This was a wealth of valuable skills that were fully transferrable to my Real Estate Career, skills such as organization,management,personal relations and attention to detail.

My personal goal is to develop a Referral Based Business. I have been woking on this for several years now and am just now starting to get repeat and referral business. It is very gratifying to see my efforts pay off! And a joy to work with people or friends & relatives of people I have a relationship with!

I am very conscious of keeping up with current Real Estate Laws,Rules and Practices.

I take many Continuing Education Classes and have recieved my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) and am a member of the NH Realtor Association Honor Scociety. I am in the process of working on an e-PRO designation!

I serve on the Public Relations and Membership Committees of my Local (Concord) Board and the Public Policy State Committee (dealing with Realtor related Legislation).
I am also the Volunteer Chair of The NH Parent Information Center-a Non-Profit.
I do both Buyer and Seller Representation.
