I am a full time seasoned Real Estate Broker with 14 years of experience.  I am licensed in New Hampshire and Maine.  I am a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI).  I have earned the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), which has educated me on important issues for the relocating “Baby Boomers” that will be crucial for them to know.  I recently earned my designation of "Energy Star Real Estate Specialist", ESRES, a program that has educated me to educate by clients with the importance of energy efficiency in their current home and what to look for in their future home.
