Qualifications of your Realtor are exreemly important! Since 1985 I have sold over 300+ Homes. I have represented builders in the marketing and sale of over 10 new home subdivisions, sold condominium style properties of all types and locations, vacant land both raw and to be developed and mobile homes too! I assist in property rentals and some property management to clients on an as needed basis.

In 1999 I became a certified residential appraiser in New Hampshire. Since then I do accept private appraisal assignments to assist clients with various needs. My appraisal experience has boosted my knowledge for Real Estate sales and gives my client an edge on pricing to get the home sold for the possible highest price.
